Music for flute and piano is found throughout numerous musical periods. In fact of chamber music integrating a wind instrument with piano, this combination with flute is one of the most popular combinations.
For several years, both musicians have developed widespread concert activities throughout Germany and abroad as soloists and chamber musicians. They have also participated in numerous CD and disc recordings as well as in TV and radio broadcasts.

Since Autumn 2004, Andreas Evers and Hans-Peter Nauk have engaged in a fruitful collaboration with the internationally acclaimed American flutist Brooks de Wetter-Smith. He is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music Rochester/USA (master class of James Galway).
